what

stats for a Twitter user. find out how many people they are following, how many are following them (and the ratio), when their account was created, how many tweets they have made, and how many tweets they have favorited. it currently looks something like this:

why

you get a notification someone is following you on Twitter and you want to know if you should follow back or if they are a dirty f'ing spammer. this gives you the knowledge. and knowledge is power or something.

how

follow followinger (send that exact text to Twitter and it will work its magic). then all you need to do to get a user's stats is d followinger with their Twitter username and wait about 5 minutes. right before the anticipation kills you you'll receive a d with the stats.

where

Twitter. Were you not paying attention?

who

Chris Scott (chrisscott) is responsible for this.

what's next

even though this doesn't follow the lame format of the previous sections, alas I'll deign to answer. at the current time (or at least in an interval that includes the current time and tries to not go over the Twitter API rate limt) followinger is lamely (see a pattern?) tracking stats of various users and we'll eventually show you all kinds of cool stuff. OK, really what we'll show you is what history we have of a user's stats over time. still, that's pretty cool, right? envision an overly large form field where you can enter a username and click an overly large button to get the stats we have for that user graphed in their full graphy glory.

feedback

believe it or not, I would like your feedback. d me (chrisscott) or followinger. if you don't sound like a total tool I'll likely take your comment into consideration and very likely reply with a heart-felt "thanks!". yeah, its the internet so take that for what its worth.
